ENKAY ROCK TAMERS
|
ENKAY Products "ROCK TAMERS" are the premiere heavy-duty adjustable and removable mudflap system designed to provide the ultimate protection for all your towables. This patented system is easy to attach or remove from any standard 2" ball mount, system center hub requires only 1.1" of space on ballmount shank. The overall width is adjustable and easily fine-tuned to fit any full size truck. The mudflap height is adjustable to maintain consistent ground clearance when towing various loads. The same high quality rubber used by tire manufacturers is the material of choice for ENKAY mudflaps. The combination of rubber and fiber, molded and pressed, forms a superior mudflap. Each is 3/8" thick, tear-resistant and much stiffer than ordinary mudflaps. In addition, the bottom of each flap has a 2 pound steel plate molded into the rubber. This additional weight at the bottom helps to greatly reduce windsail normally associated with mudflaps. Mudflaps are an extra 24" providing exceptional protection and coverage, and a generous 24" in length which can be trimmed from the top to any required length. Additionally, simple rotation of the adjustment spindles, either up or down, controls the off the ground height. The compositition of the manganese bronze alloy is particularly suitable for ROCK TAMERS. Manganese alloys have superior yield and strength, are corrosion resistant and have a unique color- Silver! All hardware is included, assembly required. ROCK TAMERS are made in the USA of top quality materials and components.
