The Husky Carry-Lite is designed for use with tent campers and ultra-light trailers, being towed by the array of todays SUV's. Matching the proper tongue weight and hitch allows the hitch to work for you,not against you. A proper hookup distributes the tongue weight between the axles of the tow vehicle and trailer. This results in a more level ride, reduced stress on the tow vehicle, and provides greater steering and braking control. The Carry-Lite also comes with a unique hitch head that accepts a sway control on either side, 31" spring bars and traditional chain-lift units. Inluded shank is 4-3/4" rise, 1-3/4" drop. 300-500 lbs. tongue weight, 5,000 lbs GTW.
