This allows the operator to hook and unhook on uneven terrain with the assist of a side swivel and also provides the stability of a standard non-swiveling hitch while towing. 15000 GVWR. capacity, including a 50% safety factor. Also features a replaceable locking mechanism, four height adjustments, and single handed operation release handle.
