Hi-Pro gearcase lube is a GL-4 type Lubricant formulated specifically for marine applications. Hi-Pro Gearcase Lube is recommended for use in all lower gearcase applications except electronic shift lower gearcases. Hi-Pro Gearcase Lube contains: Rust inhibitors to protect against corrosion. Oxidation inhibitors which reduce the formation of undesirable oxidation products caused by heat. Extreme pressure additives to protect against wear caused by sudden shock loads.
