10' Hydraulic Dump Bed Trailer Plans. It has a gross weight capacity of 7000 lbs. It has an effective bed length of 10' and width of 5' with 14" sides, making it 2 cubic yards., and an empty weight of 1830 lbs., with 375 lbs of tongue weight. The lower frame is made of 5" channel with a 50 degree coupler. The frame of the dump bed is also made of 5" channel with angle upper rim and 14 gauge metal sheeting. Suspension is a tandem made up of two 3500 lb axles with leaf spring suspension. The hydraulic power package can be purchased as a unit with a 12 Volt DC motor and a 2500 psi. pump. Uses a single 4" x 30" cylinder. Hydraulic lift kits can be adapted to the trailer and dump bed. Five big detailed sheets with Twenty-Eight steps simplify the construction of this rugged trailer.
