4' Utility Cart Plans. The gross capacity is 750 lbs. This off road cart has a 4' long and 3' wide bed. It weights 120 lbs. with a 14 lb. tongue weight. The bolt-together design requires a metal cutting saw (hand hacksaw or power), electric drill and wrenches to build. The wooden deck is sandwiched between an angle steel frame. The deck, sides and end gate are plywood. The axle is square tubing with bearing spindles and knobby tires. The tongue has a 2" ball coupler. For off road use only, ATV's, Lawn & Garden. Two big sheets with Eight easy Steps, that require a minimum of tools and time.
