BADGER 2500 WINCH
|
The Ramsey Badger Series provides excellent pulling power in a small package. Choose the RB2500 with a 12-foot cabled pendant switch or the RB2500MS with a manual switch. The Badger has a 12V DC permanent magnet motor that uses minimal AMP draw, while providing 0.9 horsepower to drive the three-stage planetary gear system. Other features include a free-spool clutch and automatic load-holding brake not previously available on a Ramsey 2500 Lb. Winch. The Badger is also equipped with 50 feet of spooled wire rope that is anchored to the winch drum. Additionally, each winch includes a fairlead (RB2500MS has a Hawse Fairlead and RB2500 has a Roller Fairlead). To attach the fairlead to the winch, the mounting plate (RB2500MP) must be used. RAMSEY ELECTRIC WINCHES

The REP Series from Ramsey Winch are ideal for heavy weight applications where a strong line pull rating is required along with a fast line speed. Both winches are equipped with a three-stage planetary gear system, automatic load-holding brake, cam action clutch that disengages the planetary gear system for free spooling, and hawse fairlead. The REP5000H is powered by a 1.3 horsepower 12V DC permanent magnet motor. The REP8000H has a 3.8 horsepower 12V DC series wound motor. Limited lifetime warranty. |

Heavy-duty winches, can change speed without changing handles. Shift lock holds shaft in desired gear position. Neutral position allows free wheeling, without handle spin-for safety. Zinc-plated to resist corrosion. A larger boat needs 2 speeds: one fast and one slower, for good pulling power. NOTE: not for human hoisting or when persons are on or under load being removed. |

Designed for use with steel cable, the Shelby Ag./Ind. Winches are especially adapted to the rigorous demands of agricultural and industrial jobs. The brake mechanism is self-activated to automatically lock the load securely when the handle is released and is covered for protection against oil, dirt and the elements. To ensure long life, the ratchet, pawl, and gears are heat-treated, the shafts are made of high-tensile steel, and the bushings are oil-impregnated. |

SHELBY TWO SPEED WINCHES

To change speeds on your Shelby Two Speed Winch simply press the locking lever and shift the handle from side to side which will allow you to change gears or free spool. The handle is designed not to spin while in free spool position. All gears are heat-treated and their ratios offer easier cranking of heavy loads. |

SUSPENSION PRO WINCHES

Laminated, high carbon steel gears for longer life. Gears are arc-welded and drive shaft gears are copper brazed for durability. Rigid, welded reel construction for added strength. Freewheel when the ratchet is disengaged. Load matched gear ratios for easier cranking. Variety of finishes available with powder coated copper bronze, black or zinc plated TUFFPLATEȘ finish. Base plates fit BIA standard mounting hole pattern for easy installation. All drive shafts have permanently lubricated bearings. 2-speed models have a drive shaft system which allows for both high and low speed cranking from one side. Cable or strap not included. |
